Approaching Vedic remedies with care and discernment

Vedic traditions include mantra, charity, ritual, study, and disciplined practice. Their role is spiritual and reflective; they should be offered transparently and never positioned as guaranteed cures.
Remedy is not a shortcut
A responsible recommendation explains its source, purpose, practical demands, and limits. It should be proportionate, voluntary, and compatible with your health, responsibilities, and beliefs.
Both paths require context
Dakshin Marg practices often emphasize devotional, mantra, and ritual disciplines within established conventions. Vam Marg traditions can involve specialized practices that require mature, lineage-based guidance. Labels alone do not establish expertise or safety.
Celestia’s sadhana guides will be reviewed for experience, clarity, and ethical conduct. Practices that involve coercion, harm, secrecy used as pressure, or promises of guaranteed outcomes do not belong on the platform.
Keep care in its proper place
Spiritual practice can accompany medical or psychological care, but it does not replace diagnosis or treatment. When a need is clinical, the right recommendation is a qualified psychiatrist, therapist, physician, or emergency service.
